Updated December 5: NACHSA has prepared a memo providing a preliminary overview of recently issued notices from the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Housing and Urban Development, and Agriculture that restrict certain legally present and undocumented immigrants from accessing a wide range of federal benefits and services for which they are currently eligible.
